Evaluation And Analysis Of Passenger Satisfaction For Urban Rail Transit

With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standards have greatly improved,people also showed a steady upward trend for traffic demand.And the main part of urban modernization is inseparable from the development of urban public transport,good urban public transport development can effectively restrain the fastest individual traffic development.at the same time,it can also reduce traffic congestion and noise pollution,effective protection of the urban environment.And urban rail transit as the backbone of urban public transport,its development also directly reflects the level of urban transport development.Passengers’ satisfaction to urban rail transit has a direct relationship with the service quality of urban rail transit.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of service of urban rail transit,this paper from the perspective of passengers,the urban rail transit passenger satisfaction for a comprehensive evaluation and analysis.First of all,this paper on urban rail transit service processes and the needs of passengers as the foundation,combined with characteristics of the urban rail transit system,construction of urban rail transit passenger satisfaction evaluation index system,And then design and implement the questionnaire.Secondly,Through the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various weighting methods,this paper uses AHP and BP neural network method to determine the evaluation index of subjective and objective weights,and the minimum deviation to determine the combination of the weights of evaluation indexes.Finally,Dalian subway 1,2nd line passenger satisfaction survey as an example,theevaluation of urban rail transit passenger satisfaction research,according to the constructed index system and survey data and analysis of Dalian subway passenger satisfaction,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the satisfaction of Dalian subway passengers,According to the Dalian subway passengers age,education,occupation and income are different on satisfaction evaluation results of a detailed analysis,in order to improve the service quality of Dalian Metro and puts forward the improvement measures and effective.
