Scroll machine with the advantages of high efficiency,low consumption and stable operation has been widely applied in the field of industry.Oil-free scroll compressor represents the highest technology level in the field of scroll compressor.The main affecting factors for the oil-free scroll compressor efficiency are leakage,friction,heat transfer and surface quality of the scrolls.The flank clearance and radial clearance of the scroll assembly account for the leakage and friction losses during the compression process as they decrease the volumetric efficiency significantly.The deformation of the scroll wraps caused by the combined action of the thermal load and the structural load greatly determines the values of the flank clearance and radial clearance.In order to understand the deformation law of scroll wraps better,seek higher surface quality and improve the efficiency of oil-free scroll compressor,the finite element method is used to analyze the deformation of the scrolls under actual oil-free working conditions.At the same time the CNC machining methods for scrolls of the oil-free scroll compressor are investigated in detail.The research contents are as follows:The basic geometrical theory of the scroll profile and the meshing conditions of the scrolls are introduced.The discharge temperature and the pressure of each working chamber are calculated.A complete three-dimensional solid model of the oil-free scroll compressor is constructed.The motion simulation of the assembled dynamic and static scroll is carried out.The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the deformation and stress of scrolls under different working force,different temperature field.The deformation and stress law of scrolls for different working conditions and optimum clearances are gotten.The double arcs spline interpolation algorithm is proposed according to the structural characteristics and machining precision of the oil-free scroll compressor.Compared with the traditional method,the new method can get better surface quality through less locus points and the smoothness,continuity and practicality of the tool path become better.The new algorithm provides a new way and idea for the precision machining of scrolls.The new algorithm is applied to scrolls manufacture through computer aided manufacturing.NC code is generated by the post-processing program and the scrolls manufacture is carried out on the DMG machining center.The coordinate measuring machine is used to test the precision of the scrolls and the results show that the Thetest results verified the finite element analysis results and the superiority of the new machining method.It also provided theoretical guidance for the research and development of the oil-free scroll compressor.
