Scroll compressor have lots of advantages with high compression efficiency,high reliability,low energy consumption,low noise,and low vibration,etc.It rapid development in recent years with the improvement of processing level.scroll compressor are mainly used in small and medium displacement compressor at present,in large displacement compression applications,due to the exhaust temperatures of scroll compressor is overtop,it is easy to cause the deformation of scroll teeth is too much,influenced the normal operation of scroll compressor.Therefore,the scheme of two-stage compression for two ends of the motor shaft stick out is adopted in this paper,and a two-stage double side large displacement oil free scroll compressor is designed,and technical parameters of the compressor are calculated,and the overall structural of machine is complete design.A profile modification method of asymmetric single circular arc for the profile of scroll teeth is proposed in order to improve the scroll compressor displacement.The generating method of modification circular arc is given,the equation of modification circular arc is established,the modification circular arc can achieve perfect meshing is proved.By calculating the exhaust chamber volume and compared with the method of symmetrical double circular arcs modification,under the same temperature of exhaust chamber,can improve the displacement of the scroll compressor more than 50% with this modification method.The finite element analysis of the move and static scroll plate of the two-stage double side big displacement oil free scroll compressor is performed,in order to studying the deformation of move and fixed scroll plate,and the deformation of the move and fixed scroll plate under the combined action of gas load and temperature load is obtained.The results show that the deformation of move and fixed scroll plate are less than the meshing gap of scroll teeth.
