In recent years,the automobile industry still in the growth stage after years of development,the scale is also growing,showing the characteristics of capital and technology intensive.A company is a professional manufacturing heavy truck manufacturer,under the requirements of large.scale production corporation developed to enhance the capacity of the target.Because of the problem caused by equipment downtime,it has seriously hindered the company to enhance the capacity of the target.Therefore,to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime to becoming the company's urgent affairs.The reliability for equipment maintenance(RCM)is the core of modern maintenance theory.It emphasizes to equipment fault characteristic as basis for deciding the type of repair work,compared to the traditional way in time to decide maintenance,which can improve equipment utilization rate and reduce maintenance costs.So it has been attracted more and more attention of the enterprises by all over the world,and has become an important direction of the upgrading of equipment management in the enterprise.In this paper,it has been discussed how to effectively establish equipment maintenance management mode of reliability centered from the automobile assembly plant equipment maintenance management.Based on the reliability center maintenance theory,the historical records of the operation and maintenance of the automobile assembly line have been sorted out.From the actual situation of production and equipment characteristics,the key equipment to impact on the production line has been determined,which is the turning machine.Through the elaboration of basic parameters of reliability,the reliability evaluation index has been formulated for the assembly line equipment under the existing conditions of production.through the factors analysis of influencing the key equipment reliability(PFMEA and fault tree method FTA),the maintenance content is been scientifically formulated,which also provides scientific basis for the patrol inspection.Preventive maintenance cycle is an important index,if the cycle is too short,it not only increase the maintenance time and maintenance costs and maintenance costs,but also affects the inherent reliability and utilization of equipment.If the cycle is too long,the system should not be due to failure caused by system.Therefore,a reasonable determination of preventive maintenance cycle is also a supplement to the uncertainty of RCM.Based on regression analysis and residual analysis,the author makes the best preventive maintenance period for the key equipment by using the potential fault theory.By a period of 3 years of practical verification,it has determined the reliability centered maintenance theory for the equipment management in the assembly line of heavy truck with implementation.
