Capacitive current transformer with capacitive insulation structure,forced through the capacitor are pressure distribution,the insulating oil and capacitor paper compounded insulation utilization coefficient is high,so it is widely used in substations,the insulation is good or not directly affect the reliable transmission of power.In this paper,an in-depth study on the charged test of capacitive current transformer is carried out,and a live test system is designed to realize the live test of the difference between the dielectric loss factor and the capacitance of the capacitor current transformer.First of all,the capacitive current transformer common insulation defects are summarized and the test method used at present and existing problems are studied deeply,the overhaul of preventive test and live test were compared and analyzed.Secondly,comparing the absolute measurement method and the relative measurement method,according to the testing principle of the two methods,the relative measurement method is chosen as the test method of the live test.This algorithm has stronger anti-interference ability,higher measurement accuracy.Then the analysis of the test data processing and the failure of the determination of in-depth research,improved data processing and analysis methods to determine the failure of equipment.In the end,the final screen of the capacitive current transformer is transformed and the test accuracy of the relative measurement method is verified by the case of the defect in the actual work.The insulation monitoring of capacitive current transformer is carried out by the live test technology,and the feasibility of the insulation defect can be detected as early as possible.
