Micro-textured twists were designed and developed in order to solve the problem of higher temperature which will lead to bone tissue necrosis and bone oxidation.According to the micro-textured friction mechanism and the structure of twist drill,the appropriate parameters of the micro-textured were selected,The laser marking machine has been used to process the different parameters of micro-texture on the surface of twist drill.Through bone drilling test and finite element simulation test,mainly by cutting temperature and tool wear as the research target,The main course of the study are as follows:(1)The size of micro texture is determined based on the structure of twist drill.selecting appropriate laser processing parameters,the micro-textured tools have been machined by laser marking machine.The paper analyses the influence of micro-texture on twist drill Mises stress distribution using the Finite Element Method.(2)the laser marking machine has been used to process the micro-texture on the surface of the 4cr13 stainless steel plate sample,friction and wear tests have been carried out on the friction pairs of the pig bone cortical bone and the plate sample with micro-texture and no micro-texture,within a certain range,the effect of different micro-texture parameters on the friction effect was studied.(3)The three-dimensional simulation model of drilling the cortical bone was built based on ABAQUS.the correctness of the model is verified by the cortical bone drilling experiment.The influence of drilling parameters and the parameters of micro-texture on drilling temperature has been studied.(4)The micro-textured drill wear mechanism is analyzed by cortical bone drilling test,the grey prediction model of tool Flank wear were constructed.
