The challenges from lack of energy and pollution of the environment have to be faced today.These two challenges are more serious in our country.Under the condition of insufficient resources,our country still exists low energy utilization and unchecked resources waste phenomenon.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the efficiency of energy utilization and promote the development of energy-saving industry.The main way of converts electrical energy into mechanical energy is the application of motor.The most widely used in all kinds of motor is the three-phase asynchronous motor.However,there are still some problems in the application of asynchronous motor.There are two main problems,one is the large starting current,the other is the low running efficiency.Currently,although many scholars have done a lot of research work in the field of asynchronous motor soft starting and energy saving operation,most of which have not been applied in practice.This paper focus more on practicality,because it is based on a project which is about three-phase asynchronous motor energy-saving cooperation with Tianjin petrochemical company.Therefore,it has important practical significance to study the practical application of asynchronous motor soft starting method and energy-saving operation technology,which can reduce the harm of starting c urrent,the loss of motor and the production cost.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1,This paper introduces the background and significance of the research.The common methods of soft starting and energy-saving technology and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced in this paper.Through the comparison and analysis,the three groups of reverse parallel thyristor voltage regulating circuit will be selected to achieve the function of soft starting and voltage regulation in this paper.And several common control methods are briefly introduced.2,The principles of single phase and three-phase AC voltage regulation are analyzed.Then the internal loss of the motor is introd uced in detail,and the principle of reducing energy consumption is analyzed.The relationship between motor efficiency and power factor is discussed.And it is pointed out that the power factor can be used to characterize the efficiency of the motor.3,In the simulation environment of MATLAB,the simulation model of motor soft starting is built.The results of three simulation of full voltage starting,slope booster soft starting and current limiting soft starting are compared and analyzed.The advantage s of soft starting and the characteristics of the two soft starting methods are explained.4,The basic principle of the linear active disturbance rejection control technique is discussed in detail.The simulation model of energy saving through voltage re gulation is set up.And the energy-saving effects under the control of the traditional PID and LADRC are compared.Simulation results show that the control effect of LADRC is better than that of the traditional PID,and the energy saving effect through voltage regulation is more prominent.
