Nowadays,with the continuous growth of population,the height of residential buildings is also rising,which leads to the water supply pressure of municipal pipeline network has far fallen short of the water supply requirements of modern residential buildings,so secondary pressurized water supply technology has been developed rapidly.At the same time,with the increase of high-rise buildings,the energy consumption of secondary pressurized water supply device is also increasing,so it is urgent to study the energy saving and optimization technology of secondary pressurized water supply device.Secondly,the traditional secondary pressurized water supply device needs to store municipal water in the reservoir first,which will increase the risk of water pollution.Therefore,this paper uses superimposed pressure water supply technology to solve the above problems.The superimposed pressure water supply device directly connects the pump with the municipal pipeline network,cancels the reservoir,makes full use of the residual pressure of the municipal pipeline network,and greatly reduces the risk of secondary pollution.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development of superimposed pressure water supply technology and its control method,analyses the energy-saving principle of superimposed pressure water supply,verifies its feasibility,and puts forward an ideal mathematical model of superimposed pressure water supply control system.Because the superimposed pressure water supply control system itself is a complex non-linear system,the general control method is difficult to achieve the desired control effect,so an auto-disturbance rejection based superimposed pressure water supply control method is proposed.But because of the non-linear structure and many parameters of ADRC algorithm,it is not suitable to be applied in practical engineering.So the theory of linear ADRC which can be easily realized in practical engineering is linearized.By using MATLAB simulation software and the mathematical model proposed above,it is simulated and compared with the traditional PID control.At the same time,the calculation of linear ADRC is discretized so that it can be used in practical control systems.Finally,the stacking control system is built by using PLC,touch screen,frequency converter and other equipment.Among them,PLC is the main controller of the whole system.Linear ADRC algorithm is compiled by ladder diagram to control the action of each actuator according to the control logic of the system.Frequency converter is used to realize frequency conversion and speed regulation of water pump in order to save energy.Touch screen is mainly used to realize human-computer interaction and display of parameters and control variables.Finally,the whole system is debugged,and the experiment is carried out on the experimental platform of superimposed pressure water supply to verify the energy-saving and effective effect of the control,and to provide more reference for engineering application and promotion.
