Traffic have pilot and basic role to the national economy,the government always focus on economic development are transportation,so the highway construction is the key of the national infrastructure.Ten diffuse the highway is located in HuBei in the western,pick a joyous ten highways,ways of Hubei and Shaanxi junction ManChuanGuan,stop at highway bakeries.The total length is 107.136 km.The project has a high demand for construction technology due to various factors.One is terrain geology special.The whole project has a lot of bad geological conditions such as landslides and collapses.Secondly,the engineering technology is complex and the quality control is difficult.Fourth,construction conditions are difficult.The construction area is far from the urban area,and the materials are difficult to transport.The overall surface rock weathering is more severe,but the lower rock integrity is generally better.In this paper,the monitoring method and sedimentation law of high filling embankment are studied in detail,and the model of subsidence of embankment is studied.The study included:(1)Based on the research of virtual instrument,aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring methods,design the real-time monitoring system,a set of high embankment is proposed to choose sensor using sensor,transmission system USES the GPRS and the Beidou satellite navigation system,and the two transmission system integration technology,improve the ability of the virtual instrument system to collect data,to ensure the stability of the monitoring.(2)Based on this chapter ten highway construction project,in combination with the practical situation of project,we do research on several representative sections,including K29 + 400 ~ 500 blocks of the embankment,K32 + 570 ~ 690 blocks of high embankment,K36 + 660 ~ 900,bid lots of embankment K47 + 500 ~ 600 and K47 +600 ~ 700 blocks as the research object of the embankment is settling experiment was carried out,including the layered roadbed settlement observation section settlement instrument,embankment settlement of pile testing,etc.Through the experimental data and analysis of the settlement,the composition of the total settlement of highembankment,the composition of the post-construction settlement and the influencing factors of high fill embankment subsidence,and further analysis the mechanism of embankment settlement,for later for the settlement of high embankment in mountainous part of reference.(3)In the high fill embankment settlement prediction model is established on the basis of,according to the actual data of the settlement test,using the Logistic growth model,index model,logarithm model and Compertz growth model of high fill embankment settlement prediction results were analyzed,and establish the Logistic-the combination of the Compertz growth forecast model,Logistic growth prediction model can converge to a growth model,Compertz growth over time and the growth of the settlement prediction model of infinite value,both can be a good complementary finally by using the convergence trend,Logistic growth model help combination model to determine the convergence time,and then on the basis of the calculated combination model formula respectively predict the final settlement of the monitoring.
