| At present,with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,housing leakage has become a social problem and a widespread concern;which has a great influence on people’s life,and brings great trouble to them.People have gradually begun to recognize this problem,which is the purpose and significance of this research.Through this research,we found that although our country began to pay attention to the problem of building waterproof,but in combination with China’s national conditions,there is still a big gap between our waterproof level and that of the developed countries.In this paper,through analysis of the main quality problems of building waterproof engineering,these quality problems are mainly divided into the main parts of roofing,underground engineering,toilet,bathroom,exterior wall and so on.It carries on the demonstration analysis from the above-mentioned places,and unifies the domestic representative example,and draws some conclusions: The basic reasons for the leakage of housing construction are mainly reflected in four aspects: material,design,construction and site management specifically.For example,it is mentioned in this paper that the leakage of concrete structures is mainly related to the impermeability of concrete,and its impermeability is closely related to the porosity of concrete.Then,in the final analysis,we can reduce and control the porosity of concrete through construction,admixture and other means,and also improve the leakage of concrete structure.The main reason for leakage of underground waterproof works is related to complex engineering and geological environment.Therefore,how to effectively reduce the groundwater level,select the reasonable waterproof construction scheme,deal with the relationship between the rigid flexible waterproof material,and increase the basement floor and the intensity of the cushion is the key to prevention and control.Since roof waterproof project is the most serious erosion,the main prevention is to select inverted roof and to protect the waterproof layer effectively.Water quality problems of wall and toilet and other parts mainly appear in the details.As for wall,floor,floor drain,and pipe root node at the eaves,we should take certain prevention and control measures,that is,“firstly seal,secondly block,thirdly release’’.According to the research in this paper,a common prevention and cure scheme is summarized.Firstly,combining with the practical engineering,we need to optimize the waterproof design.Secondly,we choose a reasonable waterproof material with Good compatibility.Finally we should strictly control the construction quality,inspect acceptable concealed works,and effectively protect end products. |
