Study On Quality Management Evaluation Of Municipal Road Engineering

As an important part of urbanization,municipal road engineering is not only closely related to the life of urban residents,but also has a particularly important impact on the overall traffic appearance of the whole city.With the rapid development of municipal road engineering industry,the requirements for project construction quality are also higher and higher.However,at present,the management mode of most projects still stays in the previous old management mode,and the old management mode can generally be called extensive management mode,which is generally not comprehensive,weak and targeted enough,and has been unable to meet the current high requirements for the quality of municipal road engineering.Therefore,the focus of the current project construction quality management is to improve the current management mode and strengthen the project construction quality management.Based on the current situation of construction quality management of Yaocun Guihua Road municipal road project,this paper establishes an evaluation and analysis system,and puts forward refined management improvement measures according to the evaluation results.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Study and analyze the common problems of municipal road engineering construction quality,combined with 4M1E theory,analyze the causes of the problems,and qualitatively analyze the influencing factors.(2)Based on the current situation and existing problems of project construction quality management,the scope of influencing factors is determined by using the theory and method of influencing factors of construction quality.Investigate the personnel involved in the project construction and collect relevant opinions to determine the final factor index.(3)The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the municipal road con struction quality evaluation system.Combined with the significance of judgment matrix and calculation method,the influencing factor indexes are quantitatively analyzed and calculated to determine the influence weight of each index.Calculate and evaluate the current construction quality management status of the case project according to the weight of each index,so as to provide suggestions for the improvement measures of fine management.(4)Combined with the construction quality evaluation index system,the 5 S on-site management method is used to put forward improvement measures for the construction operation environment.Combined with 4M1E management theory and PDCA cycle theory,the comprehensive and dynamic fine management of project construction quality is realized,and the investigation and evaluation are conducted again for a period of time to prove that the established rating system and the proposed improvement measures are reasonable and effective.Taking the municipal road of Guihua Road in Yaocun village as an example,this paper studies the municipal road construction quality management and its influencing factors by establishing the construction quality management evaluation system,provides a certain reference for the fine management mode of municipal road construction quality management,and plays a reference role for the research of construction quality management of similar projects.
