In many forms of energy transmission of the vehicle,continuously variable transmission(CVT)is now widely development.It is a very effective way to use and with the prospect of working for efficient vehicles as well asimportant energy-saving features have texture improved.The technology also represents the current drive mode of the vehicle-class,which is defined by means of two-handed power movement(hydraulic,mechanical)and high power output.Compared with the traditional mechanical and hydraulic mechanical transmission automatic transmission has gear level,multi-effect continuously variable transmission with easy to operate,a clearer idea of the rationalization of the transmission design,smaller split ratio(for hydraulic power),high use efficiency of the system.Thus,this paper describes the detailed analysis and under the entire large industrial background,continuously variable transmission current trends,the main problems.According to the comparative analysis of the evidence,it is clear technical characteristics of hydraulic inorganic Transmission.Hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission as an important object of study of the efficiency and structure parameters corresponding to the situation between theory and practice;During operation of the vehicle in the relevant technical characteristics of gasoline were discussed,based on the vehicle by means of home sometimes special operating conditions,for enhancing the efficiency of the internal combustion engine efficiency,we defined the control object,it gives the relevant transmission system with an internal combustion engine matching criteria,using adaptive(fuzzy way)to develop algorithms PWM control related systems.As the hydraulic machinevariable transmission mode has the effect of shifting shock when changing segment conditions.The paper based on existing research status,we use wet clutch pressure buffer efficient control strategy in the process of shifting CVT clutch implement appropriate dual clutch overlap.This way can be better improved adverse change quality during this segment.At the same time,for the geometric three-HMT in digital proportional relief valve is modeled to optimize their hydraulic control system.The establishment of relevant simulation model can prove the desired setting drive system.Final simulation results confirm that the whole infinitely variable speed transmission hydraulic control system is simple?feasible and shows a stable dynamic performance.The system is more sensitive feedback logic while eliminating overshoot generated,basically reached the expected research program this topic.
