The weight of the body is of great significance to the pure electric city bus,it can reduce the quality of the vehicle,and increase the number of batteries,improve the driving range of electric buses.The load-bearing body structure has become an important technical means to achieve safe and reliable lightweight design.The research shows that CAE technology is widely used in body structure analysis and optimization.This paper takes the light pure electric city bus LCK6660 EVG of Zhongtong Bus Company as the research object,Carried out:1)Based on CATIA three-dimensional modeling of the original models,and complete the load-bearing body design.2)Based on HyperMesh and establish the finite element model of pure electric city bus,and finite element analysis is carried out for four kinds of working conditions of the pure bending,emergency braking,acceleration,steering,and four stress-strain curves are obtained.3)According to the stress of the load-bearing body to extract the relevant design variables,the use of the optimal Latin super-cubic variables for DOE sampling,And constructs the approximate mathematical model of four kinds of working conditions(RBF neural network),To meet the four conditions at the same time the smallest steel thickness,the best stress as the goal,The multi-objective optimization of four approximation models is carried out by using the second generation non-inferior sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-II,And according to the bus manufacturing process to optimize the optimal design variables,and finally verify the results of the optimization.In this paper,the maximum stress of the four kinds of load conditions is 129.9Mpa,which is in accordance with the maximum stress requirement of the material and the quality of the body is reduced by 10% through the multi-objective optimization of the load-bearing body.,And then verify the rationality of the multi-objective optimization design of this paper,and provide some reference methods for the future optimization of pure electric bus structure.
