KAMS is widely used in the mold design and automobile body covering parts, made greater progress on thin plate area. However,in the area on thick plate analysis, there is a lot work to do.If we can build an effect element for thick plate and combined it into KAMS,it will make the KAMS expand application in the area of thick analysis. There is many different elements build by quasi-conforming method, with quasiconforming formulation becoming more and more perfect. Many excellent element especially thin plate element has already been widely applied? In order to make the KAMS to increase the application on thick plate analysis. This paper will build a new quadrilateral thick plate element by quasi-conforming method based on stress assume. To solve this issue, this paper done some work followed:1.This paper introduced quasi-conforming method which is the main theory of this paper?Three basic quasi-conforming method was introduced detailed and calculated the formulation? In the end, this paper introduced the Timoshenko function?2.In this paper a new quadrilateral thick plate element by quasi-conforming method based on stress assume will be built?Different from thin plate, the quadrilateral thick plate element by quasi-conforming method based on stress assume in thispaper combined of bending part and shear part, take the Timoshenko function as the bound. Then give the process of stiffness matrix counting of quadrilateral thick plate element.3.For the element built in this paper,we make various test like static analysis and free vibration analysis with different shapes and different bound conditions.Lots of the test results prove that the element built in this paper is more accurate than some traditional elements...
