Development And Research Of Reservoir Water Supplymonitoring Systembased On PLC And WPF

Water is the source of life,and the reservoir is the most important part of water conservancy system.Reservoir water supply safety is directly related to the human water security.Therefore,to ensure the stability and reliability of the reservoir water supply is very important.At present,some domestic reservoir after expansion and renovation,operation of water supply system is constantly changing,and the pipeline and valve operation for many years.There is a big security risk.The traditional reservoir water supply management mode uses the local control mode,to observe the water supply through automation instruments.Modern monitoring equipment and monitoring method are not good applied.This way has been unable to meet the growing demand for monitoring.With the development of automatic monitoring technology and computer technology,to develop water supply monitoring system,for which have security risks,has an important significance.Pointing at the safety problems of the water supply system of a reservoir in northern China,combined withits own structure,this text designs and constructsa monitoring system of water supply reservoir.Inaspectof hardware system,we installpressure and flow sensor at key position ofreservoir water supply system,measuring the pressure and flow information.Establish the data communication between PLC and sensor.Use the PLC tocollect sensor measurement data.In aspect of software system,design and develop themonitoring software of PC using the WPF framework in.NET.Establish thedata communication between PLC and PC.Read the sensor data collected by PLC.Based on the analysis and processing of the sensor data,identify the transition process of the water supply system and the conversion between the working conditions.Design and develop the running status display screen of water supply system,real time displaying the operation of the reservoir water supply system.Design the datebase.Monitoring data will be stored in the database,to manage the history data effectively.Develop the parameterexceed and rollback the limit alarm and statistic interface.When monitoring the abnormal situation system will alarm,to provide time to the reservoir staff for taking measures,which will avoid serious accidents.The reservoir water monitoring system can achieve comprehensive monitoring of reservoir water supply system,which is helpful to the purpose of long-term stable operation of reservoir water supply system.
