In view of the poor stability of sandy slopes and the poor effect of general protective measures,a new type of sand consolidation agent is used to cure sandy slopes.The new type of sand consolidation agent is mainly composed of potassium water glass,new type silicon phosphate,lithium silicate and silica sol.Sand consolidation agent can be combined with soil spraying technology for slope green protection.In addition,a modifier is provided which can be used in combination with the sand consolidation agent in a region where the environment is poor and the plant is not easy to grow to enhance the weatherability of the sand consolidation agent.In order to study the engineering properties of curing sand,the microstructure analysis,the ratio optimization of sand consolidation agent,the permeability and weatherability of curing sand were studied.(1)The microstructure analysis showed that: The sand consolidation agent forms a layer of adhesive film on the surface of the sand,so that the loose sand forms strength.(2)The ratio optimization of sand consolidation agent showed that: The early strength of the sample increases with the increase in the modulus of the potassium water glass.The optimal solid content of potassium silicate glass is 3%,and the optimum solid content of silicon phosphate is 6%.The optimum dosage of the modifier is 10 g.With the growth of age,the strength of the sample gradually increased.The early strength of samples made with high modulus potassium water glass is higher.After the age of more than 28 d,the strength of samples made with low modulus potassium water glass is higher.(3)The penetration test showed that: The permeability of sand samples is good,and the permeability of samples made with low modulus potassium water glass is relatively better.(4)The weatherability test showed that: Freeze-thaw cycle test were carried out using wet-freezing and dry-freezing.When the wet-freezing method is used,with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the strength of the sample decreased gradually.After 10 cycles,the strength tends to be stable.When the dry-freezing method is used,with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the strength of the sample increased gradually.After 10 cycles,the strength tends to be stable.Dry-wet cycle tests were performed on the samples.With the increase of dry-wet cycles,the strength of the sample gradually decreased.After 3 cycles,the strength tends to be stable.The sand consolidation agent combined with soil spraying technology is used in zhangcheng high-speed test slope.Two years later,the effect is good.
