| Based on the summary of bridge construction practice in our country in recent years,the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge often were used in high speed railway bridge,because of its reasonable structure,good seismic performance and small deformation of the structure,beautiful concise,easy to maintenance and repair,etc.This article took(60+100+60)m of YanHuai continuous beam bridge as the subject investigated,and did research on the construction control technologies of it.The main research contents and conclusions were as follows:(1)Firstly,the development status of the construction control technology of large-span continuous beam bridge at home and abroad was summarized.And By comparing the existing theories and combining the characteristics of the bridge,the structural calculation method and the construction monitoring method about continuous beam bridge were selected;(2)The simulation model of the bridge was built by using the finite element analysis software MIDAS/CIVIL,and the key cross-sectional stress and deformation about each construction stage of main girder were calculated.(3)The the linear and stress monitoring about the bridge in the construction process were carried out.The elevation and stress control system was set up,and the elevation and key section stress about measure-point of this bridge were measured.The measured values and the theoretical value were compared and analyzed,and those errors were analyzed.The effective adjustment quantity that concluded was used to guide the construction work finally;Through this bridge construction control,its linear shape and stress state of main girder were in fair agreement with the designed values.The bridge construction control method has received the good effect.(4)The 1/4 zero block entity model was established by using finite element analysis software MIDAS/FEA.The effect of hydration heat about one time pouring and stratified pouring were simulated respectively,and the change rule was studied.The temperature monitoring system of this bridge zero block was set up,and the zerotemperature data was measured and collated.Through the result that analysis about those temperature measured values and the theoretical value contrastively,the stratified pouring could reduce the hydration heat temperature effect about zero block effectively.The rationality of the stratified pouring scheme of zero block of this bridge was indicated. |
