In recent years,accidents of crane stay high.Crane accidents caused by hidden troubles of equipment accounted for a large proportion.Bridge and gantry cranes are widely used as special equipment.Hoisting mechanism is an important working mechanism of bridge and gantry cranes.The research on methods of testing and evaluating for hoisting mechanism of bridge and gantry cranes are important for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the crane.In this paper,the hoisting mechanism of the bridge crane was taken as the research object,and the evaluation system of the bridge crane was developed.The system can not only be used to complete the detection of lifting agencies and achieve the management of test data but also to obtain the overall evaluation of the lifting mechanism.The failure of the hoisting mechanism can be eliminated by using the system.Fault risks of lifting mechanism can be excluded by using the system.This will improve the inspection work information and efficiency.The failure form and characteristics of each component of the hoisting mechanism were analyzed theoretically.The application of vibration detection,wavelet noise reduction technology and ferrography analysis technology in the detection of lifting motor and hoisting reducer was studied.The principle and the steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were analyzed in order to realize the overall evaluation of the hoisting mechanism.A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and a rating level were established for the lifting mechanism.The test and expert scoring were combined to obtain factor evaluation set.Analytic hierarchy process was used to get the weight of the factor.Finally,the validity of the evaluation method was proved by engineering examples.Based on LabVIEW program development platform,a bridge gantry crane inspection and evaluation system with detection data management and analysis of hoisting mechanism,generating test report and making fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was developed.The effectiveness of the vibration detection method,iron spectrum analysis technique,wavelet noise reduction technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the detection and evaluation of the hoisting mechanism of the bridge gantry crane were verified by engineering examples.
