With the rapid development of green energy industry,the hydraulic technology has been improved rapidly.As a kind of low energy consumption hydraulic component,load-sensitive multi-way valve has been widely used in the field of construction machinery.The performance test of the multi-way valve is not only the key link for the enterprise to control its quality,but also the requirement of the user to check its performance index periodically.At present,the test system of the load-sensitive multiway valve is less,and the existing multi-way valve testing system is mainly aimed at the factory inspection,which has the disadvantages of large manual operation intensity,high cost and low efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to design and develop a performance test system which is used in the factory test and type test,the test cost is low,the efficiency is high and the load sensing performance can be tested.The research of this paper is based on the analysis of the basic principle,working characteristics,the current domestic and foreign multi-channel valve testing technology.According to the requirements of national standards,industry indicators and related performance,a kind of electro-hydraulic testing system of load sensing multiple valve based on embedded and wireless network communication technology and the load sensitive valve hydraulic test principle diagram are designed.The test system's acquisition device is based on STM32 microcontroller using SPI bus protocol and high-precision sensors to build the core hardware circuit,completes the acquisition device control system hardware design.The monitoring system of the test system is based on TCP/IP communication protocol using Socket port to monitor and receive data,using W5500 communication module and LabVIEW.The man-machine interaction test system can be controlled remotely via the Internet,and has the functions of high precision data acquisition,storage,printing and so on.By using the established load sensing multiple valve testing system,the internal leakage,the load sensing performance and the transient response of the safety valve are tested for a certain performance parameter of a certain enterprise.Based on the analysis of the relevant results and test methods,the test performance and operation convenience of the system are verified.The test system uses the popular microprocessor and Ethernet communication hardware architecture,and designs the monitoring platform based on virtual instrument technology which can realize the data sharing,improve the environment of manual detection,save the instrument and meter,and upgrade the product easily.The research provides some valuable reference for the development of multi valve testing system.
