The double rotor bearing is the key bearing in the aero engine.In order to study the performance of the bearing,it is necessary to design a special testing machine.The test machine has two independent shafting driven double rotor cylindrical roller bearing inner ring and outer ring with the same direction or reverse high speed rotation.In order to ensure the normal operation of the testing machine,must study static characteristics of shafting,ensure that it has sufficient stiffness and strength;to study the transverse and torsional vibration of shafting,ensure the system can avoid transverse resonance and torsional resonance phenomena;to study on fatigue life of shafting,ensure the service life of shafting.In this paper,the high speed cylindrical roller bearing coupling system as the research object,the coupling system of 3D modeling,using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench of two spindle finite element static analysis,the stress and strain data,designed to meet the requirements of static coupling shaft spindle is established;coupled dynamic system of shafting transverse vibration model,and the application of 3D modeling software UG of coupling system for solid modeling,combined with finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench of coupling system is analyzed the mode of bearing pre load conditions,the first order transverse vibration natural frequency and modal shape of single shaft and shaft coupling,and was verified by modal experiment;combined model of the shafting coupling method of discretization of continuous quality,establishes the dynamic coupling model of torsional vibration of shafting Type,using three-dimensional modeling software to complete the three-dimensional modeling of coupled system of torsional vibration of shafting parts and analyzed the torsional vibration modal,get the first four order natural frequency of torsional vibration of shafting and vibration mode two kinds of constraints;finally based on static calculation in the shaft,the fatigue life of coupling system of main shaft forecast.The test and the actual operation results show that the coupling of cylindrical roller bearing with double rotor joint test of shafting stiffness and strength to meet the use requirements,the coupling shaft horizontal and torsional resonance frequency distribution more reasonable,to avoid the main test speed,the test system can run normally.
