Automatic biochemical analyzer is an important clinical laboratory equipment,it can accurately and quickly determine the human body fluids,blood and other liquids in a particular chemical composition,for the diagnosis and treatment of disease to provide information basis.High-end biochemical analyzer mainly rely on imports,domestic products in the degree of automation,accuracy,reliability and stability compared with foreign products,there is a considerable gap.This paper focuses on the key technical problems of automatic biochemical analyzer,including: colorimetric system design,reagent tank temperature field analysis and sample loading system panel layout research.1.The traditional biochemical analyzer colorimetric system spectral structure is complex,monochromatic light purity is insufficient,resulting in slow system detection,detection accuracy is low.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the biochemical analyzer system,optimizes the optical structure of the system,completes the colorimetric system design,and through the system hardware and software debugging,which proves that the system improves the detection speed and precision of the automatic biochemical analyzer.2.Automatic biochemical analyzer reagent storage diagnostic reagents online storage failure,resulting in test results are wrong.In this paper,the finite element model of the three-dimensional temperature field of the automatic biochemical analyzer is established,and the simulation results are analyzed by ANSYS CFX14.0.The temperature field distribution of the reagent warehouse was studied by improving the mechanical structure.It was found that the temperature of the reagent warehouse was limited to 3.6 ~ 5.2 ℃ when the wind speed was 1m / s.3.Automatic biochemical analyzer sample system layout depends on artificial experience design,take a long time and difficult to get the optimal layout,and the lack of a certain mathematical theory support,with uncertainty.In this paper,the mathematical model of the loading system is established,and the constraint relation between the structures is analyzed.The optimal solution set of the panel layout of the sample loading system is obtained by using the multi-objective optimization algorithm in ISIGHT.Based on the above research basis,through the research and solve the key technical problems of automatic biochemical analyzer,complete the development of automatic biochemical analyzer,the technology used for future research and development provided reference.Based on the above research basis,through the study and solve the key technical problems of automatic biochemical analyzer,for the automatic biochemical research to provide theoretical support.
