Research And Design On Software System Of Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

With the improvement of people living standards, they are more care for their health. Meanwhile, as an important mean of detecting people's health or their illness, laboratory diagnosis is paid more attention than before. Because of the items patients ask for detecting increasing, biochemical analyzer is essential for many hospitals. The level of our country's biochemical analyzer is not as high as the developed countries because we came into the field late. So it is important for us to develop our own machines which are highly automatic, multifunctional and digitized. It can improve the quality of detection and make laboratory machine be virtuous circle.There two ways in improving the level of the machines. On the one side, make the light source better to enhance the hardware. On the other hand, develop perfect software of PC. This paper is aimed at develop the powerful operating system; it can easily operate and process mass data whose sample and reagent's identification and injector, mixing, reaction, cleaning, calculation result and saving data are auto-complete.This system is developed in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 environment and takes the style of Windows XP. Use USB instead of RS-232 to complete communication between PC and MCU. Adopt SQL Sever 2000 as the database support to setup database and table, connect the application program and the database, save, update and query data from database and so on. This system includes the interface of sample information entering, parameter setting of QC and items, the display of results and so on. These interfaces'function and how to come true are also introduced. The PC also provides the ways in routine maintenance and the machine's protection. In order to explain the principle of biochemical examination, the system designs four ways for test. They are end essay, fixed-time essay, continuous monitoring essay, transmission turbidimetry.This system has used smoothly for operating automatic clinical chemistry analyzer. The interface is friendly and beautiful and easily used, the database is reliable and the target is accomplished better.
