Dump truck's main workplace is the mine and the site where operating conditions are poor.In addition,the suspension system parameters due to the low matching degree,making the riding comfort performance is poor.Therefore,based on vehicle riding comfort considerations to optimize the matching of the dump truck cab suspension system parameters,has an important significance in improving the dump truck's riding comfort.In order to get the best solution of the parameters of the dump truck cab air suspension system,taking a dump truck as the test object,combined test analysis with CAE method such as finite element method and the multi-body dynamic analysis,obtained the optimal matching scheme of the cab suspension system.1)Based on the structure of the cab suspension system of the dump truck,the mathematical model of the air spring and shock absorber of the main components of the suspension system were established.The simulation model was established by AMESim software.The load-stroke curve of the air spring and the damping force-velocity characteristic curve of the shock absorber are obtained by simulation analysis.The simulation results of the air spring were compared with the experimental data provided by the manufacturer,and the simulation results were verified.The simulation results of the shock absorber were verified by theoretical analysis.2)The modal calculation of the white body of the cab was carried out in the HyperWorks software.The free-mode test of the cab structure was carried out by using the DASP-V10 data acquisition system.By comparing the calculation modal results with the experimental modal results,the cab body model was accurate and credible;combined with finite element analysis and multi-body dynamics analysis,have gotten the cab MNF modal neutral file in the HyperWorks software,combined with ADAMS software to establish the cab suspension system rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics simulation model.3)In order to verify the accuracy of the rigid-flexible coupling model,the vehicle ride test was carried out under the common road condition,and the vibration signal of the cab suspension position was collected.In ADAMS software,through the vibration analysis,comparison test data and simulation results,verify the simulation model was accurate and credible.4)Based on the vehicle riding comfort,the parameters of the cab suspension system of the dump truck were optimized by vibration simulation analysis and experimental design and response surface optimization method.The results show that the maximum amplitude of the optimized cab vibration was dropped off,which indicates that the improved suspension structure and the optimized matching parameters have obvious improvement on the riding comfort of the vehicle.
