In the cold winter,the phenomena of freezing between coal and train has often happen,as a result that it is very inconvenient to load the coal,the various coal operators are carrying out antifreeze spraying works,and the antifreeze spraying device was installed.In some special occasions,the fixed antifreeze spraying device can not complete the spraying task because it can not move,then the vehicle anti-freeze spraying system was applicated.The vehicle anti-freeze spraying device consists of two parts:spraying device and special vehicle.The spraying device is installed on the special vehicle to implement the antifreeze spraying on coal trains.In the early stage,there were a lot of research results about the structure of the spraying device,which have been applied in industrial and mining enterprises,and the technology was relatively mature.On the basis of this,this paper mainly studies the stability of the sprinkler of the mobile vehicle anti-freeze spraying device in the process of spraying.The displacement of the nozzle in the vertical direction is used to evaluate the stability of the nozzle.In order to study the stability of the nozzle,the following work is done in this paper.(1)The 3D solid model of mobile anti-freeze spraying device is established by using Solid Work software,the Sprinkler system coordinate system and kinetic equation of moblie vehicle anti-freeze spraying device are established.(2)Import the 3D solid model into the ADAMS software for kinematics simulation and analysis.In order to simulate the whole spraying process,the speed was set as the design variable,the whole device was motion parameterized,as a result,the spray action and speed were matched,obtains the relationship between the displacement of the nozzle in the vertical direction and the speed through the optimization design research analysis method,so as to find out the corresponding velocity of the vibration displacement of the nozzle in the vertical direction.The vibration performance of the spraying device was analyzed so as to avoid the resonance and avoid the vibration of the nozzle.(3)The ADAMS model of vehicle mobile anti-freeze spraying device was used as the control object which was built under the software of Matlab and Simulink.In order to reduce the vibration displacement of the sprinkler in the vertical direction during the spraying process,the joint simulation and analysis of ADAMS and Matlab was conducted finally.In this paper,the PID controller and Fuzzy-PID controller and variable function domain Fuzzy-PID controller and variable universe FuzzyPID controller based on fuzzy reasoning and PSO-Fuzzy-PIDcontroller were designed,it was found that the control quality of the controlled object is becoming better,the PSO-Fuzzy-PID controller has the best control quality.
