As a kind of special-shaped bottle cap,it was difficult to achieve high-speed sorting and arrangement for spray caps.The filling and capping production line at this stage still adopted the method of manual capping,which greatly limited the production capacity and automation of the entire production line.And it was urgent to solve the technical problem of high-speed arrangement for spray caps.Based on the analysis and experiments of the characteristics and postures of the spray caps,this dissertation proposed a high-speed automatic cap arranging method,developed a high-speed cap arranging machine,and verified the feasibility,reliability and stability of the equipment through theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and prototype experiments.The main research contents of this dissertation were as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the spray cap,the posture adjustment experiment and analysis of the spray cap were carried out.Combined with material adjustment process,the step-by-step method for automatic cap arrangement was proposed through the analysis of the experiment data and results.(2)The research on the key technology of high-speed automatic arrangement for spray caps and the posture and damage detection technology based on machine vision was carried out.Step-by-step method was innovatively adopted to realize the automatic arrangement for spray caps,and the mechanical structure development of each part(supply and delivery device,cap arranging device,secondary posture adjustment device)was completed.Besides,the parametric design was carried out by combining theoretical calculation and experiment analysis.On the basis of the research on machine vision inspection technology,the posture detection and damage detection of spray caps were realized.And the overall arrangement of the mechanical system and the setting of the control system were completed.(3)Based on finite element analysis,dynamics and kinematics theory,the strength and reliability of key mechanisms and posture change law of the spray cap were studied.And the optimal design parameters were obtained,which provided a basis for prototype manufacturing.ADAMS was used to perform dynamic simulation analysis of posture offset degree of the spray cap during the secondary posture adjustment,and then the optimal solution of the design parameters was obtained.When the angle of the guide plate is 15 °,the partition distance is 50 mm,and the belt speed is 200 mm/s,the spray cap is able to achieve stable posture adjustment.ANSYS Workbench was selected to perform transient dynamic analysis on the gearing of the cap arranging device.And the SOLIDWORKS Simulation module was used to complete the buckling analysis on the pressurized central shaft of the cap arranging device to verify the reliability of the structural design.(4)The prototype development and experiments were completed,which verified the feasibility and efficiency of the high-speed cap arranging method proposed in this dissertation,and the developed equipment met the design requirements of the cap arranging system.Experiments showed that the success rate of the spray cover arranging machine was 99.95%and the production capacity of the whole machine reached 6000pcs/h,and the machine realized high-speed automatic arrangement for spray caps.
