The increasing development of satellite technology and needs for observation resource,Operationally Responsive Space(ORS)was born out.Virtual Missions Operational Center(VMOC)as a quick response to the space application system of ground command and an important part of the play to the performance of the whole system has a key role. The multi-satellite mission scheduling is the high priority and has a direct impact for the efficient use of satellites and ground resources, rapid response to user tasks. The dissertation focuses on the multi-satellite mission scheduling and multi-user scheme fusion problem based on VMOC.The main work and innovations are as follows:1.Establish a planning system based on the VMOC.From the analysis of the traditional satellite mission scheduling principles and processes,it elaborates the challenges facing the VMOC by traditional scheduling methods, analyses technical difficulties appearing in multi-satellite mission scheduling and multi-user scheme fusion.2.A method of distributed multi-satellite mission scheduling based on improved Contract Net Protocol(CNP)is presented.Describes a mathematical model for multi-satellite mission scheduling and establish a framework for mission scheduling based on CNP.The traditional CNP faces the computing bottleneck when the numbers of satellites is big. From an ideal of clustering ideological field of pattern recognition,a bidding load reduction for the single satellite mission scheduling agent based on Mean Shift clustering is proposed. It elects a representative to bid. That can ensure the diversity of the optimization of algorithm and reduce the calculated pressure in evaluation process. However, the calculated pressure in evaluation phase with the exponential growth of the number of satellites, using the traditional search algorithms will inevitably lead to the timeliness and not meet the requirements. The genetic algorithm has been used into the evaluation process and enhances the algorithm's computational power.3.An algorithm of multi-user scheme fusion is designed. The paper describes the problem of scheme fusion for multi-user in multi-satellite mission scheduling based on VMOC,and establishes a program graph model of user scheme, uses insert, merge, arbitration operator to digest conflicts between scheme, and ensure timely response to the user.4.Based on several of the previous studies,a multi-user scheduling experimental system based on VMOC is designed and implemented.
