Engine is the heart of the aircraft,and turbine blades which are its key components need regular testing.Quantitative detection of micro-damage has important implications for Condition Based Maintenance(CBM).Aiming at quantitative detection problem of micro cracks on engine turbine blade surface,design a micro-injury quantitative detection system based on planar electromagnetic sensors.The main research works are as follows:1.The design of overall system.Starting from the basic principles of intelligent instrument design,and referring to the design principles of global(integrated)to part,high cost,combination and open,gives the overall design of the micro-damage quantitative detection system.Under the guidance of these three design principles,the scheme of a host with multiple probes was established,whose host of the detection system is shared(or integrated),and the sensor probe section is open.We can choose different probes according to different test objects to implement testing.2.The circuit design of detection system hardware.After determining the overall scheme,the modular hardware design was done.The host circuit of detection system consists of the signal processing circuit module using FPGA as core o and the main control circuit module using ARM as core,which realizes multi-channel digital signal processing of the sensor probe output and the human-computer interaction function respectively.The core of probe circuit module consists of low-noise preamplifier circuit and synchronous multiplexed data acquisition circuit.3.The design and implementation of embedded software systems.After analyzing software demand and system software structure,the user interface and communication interface was designed,the layered concept of embedded software and the specific implementation process are described.We proposed key technologies in software design of detection system and given the algorithm flowchart of these key technologies.4.The experimental verification.An experiment of Use the designed micro-damage quantitative detection system detecting the surface defects of aluminum alloy specimens was performed.The micro crack with 0.1 mm width can be detected and the length detection error is less than 0.2 mm,which verify the advance and effectiveness of the detection system.
