As the core subsystem of vehicle system,flight control system plays a decisive role,and its health condition exert an influence on the result of flight mission.Through combining electric circuit simulation and respond approximation simulation methods,this paper do the research on components' health simulation of flight control system.Then the research was applied to health simulation on the RLV.Firstly,the paper built the research structure from component-level to the whole system combined with the theory of health simulation.Base on the structure,the actuator health mode table was designed and the study of component-level health simulation method was launched.Then,the health behavior models of actuator were built using BP neural net to study and confirm the component-level health behavior modeling method.At last,based on the RLV reentry control theoretical model,system health simulation model was built combining actuator health behavior model with health simulation of flight control system to study the health simulation and estimating of the whole system health status.The result of this paper is shown as follows:(1)A component-level electric circuit simulation method was developed for estimating the health status.The model builds actuator health mode table which reacts the component health status to get the component-level health simulation database using professional circuit simulation software.This model lays foundations for health behavior model.(2)Behavior model method which contains variable health effect factors was developed to solve the issue about model interface homogeneity between circuit simulation model and mathematical simulation model.The model is based on the component-level health behavior model and designs the health effect factors of different health modes according to health simulation requirement.Then lead the effect factors into BP neural net training sample and finish the behavior model including the variable health effect factors.The model not only solved the interface homogeneity issue of different simulation platform but also ensure the health behavior simulation of all component-level components.(3)According to matter of RLV reentry control,the research of health behavior and mechanism modeling method was launched.And this model of RLV control system was finally established based on the electric circuit simulation model and health behavior model.Then the analysis of health simulation and preliminary health estimate can be provided combined with the different health modes.Then the whole research of modeling and health simulation method from component to system was verified.
