| Health simulation is an important basic technique for Integrated Vehicle Health Management(IVHM) system. But, current simulation software are hard to model the detail of the multi-mechanism components faults of a huge vehicle system for the system-level simulation. While it’s relatively easy to obtain detail fault data of each component with a certain mechanism by expertise simulation software, such as, Adams,Fluent and Multisim. This paper proposes a circuit simulating fault data based system-level health simulation method. First, the fault data extraction technique of circuit fault is discussed; Then, based on the circuit fault data, by using the response approximation method, the circuit health behavior model is established; at last, a system-level health simulation framework is constructed and simulated. The result of the system-level health simulation shows that the response approximation model is capable of imitating the health behaviors of the system well.The health behavior response approximation method can unite the influence of various factors into a single health behavior model, which can easily be transplanted.Health behaviors model established by fault data simulated by expertise simulation software can be concentrated into a unified simulation environment for system-level simulation, without the need of multi-joint simulation software platform.Health simulation is an approach for system faults emersion, and health evaluation method research.
