As a low carbon environmental protection and widely distributed clean energy,the solar energy has become the focus of many world's researchers.The use of solar energy is mainly reflected in photoelectric and photothermal.But the former has the low efficiency,which will be further affected by the increasing PV module temperature in the working process.In order to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation and use the heat generated from the increased temperature of the battery components,a PV/T system which combine photoelectric and thermal is constructed.The system has collector device in the photovoltaic cell backsheet.Heat has been took away by the cooling medium from the photovoltaic cell to improve the light energy into electrical energy efficiency,and it will be provided to the user to meet the needs of life,so as to enhance the overall solar energy utilization.In this paper,based on the PV/T system's theoretical research,a PV/T system experimental platform is built.In addition,the system also adds electric heating compensation device to achieve the conversion of electric energy and heat energy.And providing the basis for the popularization and application of the PV/T system.Firstly,the single solar thermal system and the solar energy system is analyzed,its simulation model is built and the influence of different factors on the performance of the single system is analyzed.The simulation shows that comprehensive utilization rate of the PV/T system is higher than that of the single system.Then the paper put forwards the optimization design scheme to improve the efficiency of the PV/T system,which uses the MPPT of improved disturbance observation method,the PWM control method and controller temperature detection method based on STM32.Furthermore,to build the PV/T system experimental platform,the PV/T integration system of each component of the structure and material characteristics value were calculated to obtain the reasonable structure of tube plate type solar collector plate,and the appropriate heat collecting materials of system is selected.Finally,compared to the analysis data of the experimental and the theoretical,the system output satisfies thetheory range.From the above results show that the design of the PV/T integrated system can meet the requirements.
