Research Of SOHO Space Design Based On Behavioral And Psychological

With the rapid development of information technology,the SOHO model has emerged.SOHO is the social trend of the Internet era.It creates a new way of life and work by combining home and office seamlessly.Under the unrestrained and free frame of SOHO,people can easily set more reasonable and flexible working hours and rest time for themselves.SOHO not only overwhelms the traditional way of work and caters for the modern people's psychological needs,but also meets the diverse demand of modern people.Under the rising trend of” Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,SOHO mode is capable of adapting to the development of new and innovative ideas.It makes more people,especially the young join the SOHO model.This thesis mainly used questionnaire survey,interview survey and field investigation,aiming at the behavioral and psychological perspective of the modern people to conclude the characteristics as well as the behavioral and psychological needs and problems of the SOHO group.The thesis also deeply analyzed the features of the SOHO space and explained the relationship between environmental psychology of the SOHO space and the behavioral psychology of the SOHO group.Then figured out countemeasures and brought up three major principle in order to meet the behavioral and psychological needs of the SOHO people.The principle insists on the combination of intelligence and information,multiplicity and flexibility,ecotype and sustainability.The paper put forward SOHO space design by introducing the method of combining application of smart and auto home design,changing partition,three-dimensional hierarchical structure and plane formation.It also searched through some domestic and foreign SOHO samples so as to provide reference for the future SOHO design.The thesis called on the SOHO designers to focus on the internal and impending demand of the SOHO group and to attach importance to the research of the theory of SOHO.
