Wireless communication technology can effectively solve the traditional wired temperature sensor shortcomings of high cost and a large number of wires requirement when testing temperature,and it can easily and quickly transfer the real-time suit temperature information to the monitoring center through wireless communication,which can save resources,not affected by geographical,have broad market prospects and make great economic benefits.In this paper,ZigBee wireless communication technology is used to design a multi-point temperature monitoring system for large volume concrete bridge wireless sensor network.First,the DS18B20 intelligent digital temperature sensor is selected as the temperature measurement element,and the temperature data acquisition of multiple temperature sensors is completed by using the search algorithm.Then,the ZigBee wireless communication technology is used to establish a high reliability wireless communication node digital network with CC2530 chip,and through the analysis of ZigBee protocol,modifying and transplanting the FreakZ protocol stack code.Then proposing a routing algorithm based on energy determination,which help finish the network and temperature data acquisition and transmission among the network coordinator,routers and terminal nodes.Finally,taking the CC2530 module as the lower computer of the coordinator node to communicate with the host computer,and the host computer using LabVIEW software to write the temperature monitoring interface to complete the real-time data collection and processing,and achieve the human-computer interaction.The design of the DS18B20 search algorithm program to the ZigBee protocol stack code,not only reaches the multi-point temperature sensor data search but also complete sending and receiving temperature data wirelessly,which solve the problem of modify large number of code when changing the sensor,improve the working efficiency and save the development cost.The applying of the self-network and self-recovery of ZigBee technology in this design can build a more concise and valuable network.In order to solve the problem that the sensor network is disconnected from the network due to the exhaustion of the energy of the individual nodes in the wireless transmission process,a routing algorithm is proposed which can balance the energy surplus,reduce the broken number of nodes and prolong the effect of network cycle.This design achieves the visual interface display of temperature data,temperature curve,historical records etc,making the monitoring results at a glance,and provides a new program to large volume concrete bridge and other multi-point temperature wireless monitoring.
