| With the rapid development of EMU,more and more EMU have been put into r unning,the speed of EMU is also getting faster and faster.The temperature of the tra ction gear will rise during the high-speed running of the EMU.For key equipment su ch as traction transformer,traction converter,traction motor and gear box,such high t emperature will affect its working performance,and may even lead to equipment dama ge,causing the accident.Due to the closed structure of the EMU,the traditional wired temperature monito ring system is difficult to be arranged,the signal transmission distance is too long to cause the low accuracy of the data.This paper proposes a temperature monitoring syst em based on wireless sensor network.It can realize the long-term monitoring of the e quipment temperature of the EMU.It has the characteristics of convenient layout,low cost,safety and stability.It will not be affected by the EMU body structure.The system uses ZigBee protocol to build a wireless temperature measurement net work in the EMU.Use a tree-like topology.There are coordinator,router and end de vice in the network.The coordinator is responsible for startup and maintenance of the network.The router realizes the routing of temperature data.The end device measure s the temperature data.According to the actual demand,several end devices are arran ged on the test equipment.The end device is composed of CC2530 microcontroller,D S18B20 temperature sensor and power management module.After the end device mea sures the temperature data,the data is transmitted to the coordinator node by router w ith multiple hops and relay.The coordinator summarizes the temperature data and sen ds it to the STM32 gateway node.The gateway node drives the SD card to realize th e local storage of the data.The display of temperature data is achieved by TFTLCD 1 iquid crystal.Build a LAN via the ESP8266WIFI module.Realize the web publishing of data.In the vehicle,various PDA devices can access the network to view tempera ture data in real time. |
