Urban circuit is the important route in business district.It almost carries the traffic task of the whole shopping circle,which leads to the large traffic flow,heavy traffic load and congestion is becoming the normal condition of urban circuit.Traffic jam seriously affects the normal function of urban trade circle and its future development.In view of the increasingly serious traffic congestion problem,this paper designed the traffic flow induction and signal control strategy suitable for the shopping district ring road.It improves the intelligent level of the traffic control system,so as to achieve the purpose of alleviating the traffic jam.In this paper,the traffic characteristics of urban shopping district ring road to study,discussed the reasons for the traffic ring road congestion.On one hand,Traffic flow around the business district has exceeded its carrying capacity,but vehicles continue to flow into the circuit,the traffic flow dissipation is far less than its increasing speed.The "overload" operation of the circuit traffic naturally causes traffic jams.On the other hand,the overall load on the circuit when the local section is in the overload state because of the lack of coordination by the traffic signal control.However,each section end to end,it is a cycle system.The congestion of the local section will soon spread to the adjacent sections to cause the congestion of the whole circuit.In this paper,the traffic flow guidance and signal control strategy are designed for the problems existing in the shopping district.Flow induction avoids vehicles entering the loop by inducing the bypass route to avoid the flow of traffic on the source.The signal control strategy realizes the traffic flow from the heavy load region to the light load region through the multi-intersection coordination control.Taking Yangjiaping circuit as an example,this paper analyzes the traffic characteristics on the basis of traffic survey,and then develops the traffic flow induction and signal control strategy.The ring road network is modeled in the roundabout route guidance scheme.The induction path between the traffic distribution points of the loop radiation region is,the travel time of the detour is predicted.The bypass lead time includes the time traveled by the vehicle on the detour and the waiting time at the intersection.The average vehicle speed of the traffic flow in the bypass section is predicted by using the short-term traffic flow forecasting method based on time series.A simulation software estimation method is used to predict the waiting time of a detour vehicle at the intersection.Multi loop intersection cooperative control scheme is based on multi-agent Q-learning.The intersection intelligent agent model is established.Design the interactive negotiation mechanism between the adjacent intersection agents.The optimal control strategy can be taken according to the current traffic condition,thus obtains the better control effect compared to the traditional method.At the end of this paper,the author established the traffic simulation environment of Yangjiaping circuit based on VISSIM,designed contrast test in simulation environment and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified.The research of this paper will provide theoretical guidance and method basis for the implementation of the intelligent traffic control system for urban circuit.
