| Tracheal intubation is an effective way to maintain airway patency,and it is also common operation in emergency treatment and intensive care treatment.The difficulty of tracheal intubation is the exposure of glottis.In difficult tracheal intubation,multiple attempts to plug and catheter in the throat will lead to severe cardiovascular response,which may affect the treatment and even threaten patient’s life.A variety of auxiliary intubation medical devices have been developed in order to address the failure of tracheal intubation caused by difficulties in glottis exposure,Video laryngoscopy is one of the auxiliary intubation medical devices.At present,domestic technology of anesthesia video laryngoscopy develops slowly and more expensive,it is not convenient for grassroots medical institutions to use.Therefore,further study of anesthesia video laryngoscopy technology,reduce costs,to promote the video laryngoscope to used widely in our country have become an urgent task.In this paper,anesthesia video laryngoscope is studied,a portable anesthesia video laryngoscope(hereinafter referred to as video laryngoscopy)is designed,the video laryngoscope hardware circuit,application software and system structure are designed,and the image sensor structure and the supporting peephole structure of the video laryngoscope are creatively designed.The main researches of this article are as follows:(1)Design of video throat hardware circuit.The circuit schematic of main control board of video laryngoscope is designed by Altium Designer.It mainly includes main processing chip circuit,USB charging circuit,TF card storage circuit,lithium battery power supply circuit and LCD display circuit.(2)Design of application software of video laryngoscope.It can build embedded software developing environment.And the Qt is adopted to design graphical user interface,and based on V4L2 diver,the the program is designed to get the function of real-time video preview,camera,video and so on.In addition,the software also has the function of video replaying and viewing photos.(3)Structure Design of Video Laryngoscope Shell and Image Sensor.In this part,the display,handle,peephole and other structures of the video laryngoscope are completed and the system that is designed is in line with ergonomic principles.In addition,image sensor structure for video laryngoscope is also creatively designed,the structure obtains the patent of the utility model,solves the problems of reflection and impurities in the display screen.(4)Test on the function and performance of video laryngoscope.In this part,the function of video laryngoscope is verified,and the performance parameters of resolution,waterproof,field quality and other factors are tested.In this paper,The main performance parameters of the portable anesthesia video laryngoscope are: single rechargeable lithium battery,the system display image on the 3.5 inches LCD with the resolution of 320 * 240,the frame rate of video recording is 25 fps,with the functions of real-time display,take pictures,video,photo viewing and Video playback.The entire system is portable and compact,with high engineering and application value.The video laryngoscope was registered for inspection,and obtains the registration inspection report,Through the registration audit and get the registration certificate.However,this video laryngoscope has some inadequacies including: the structure of the system,and anti-fog function,which will be further improved in the future. |
