With the accelerated pace of urbanization,people's quality of life is increasing,people on the quality of residential areas also put forward higher requirements.About 2/3 of people live in the residential area in the whole life.It is important to improve the quality of life in urban residential areas,in order to build a livable,ecological,healthy,harmonious and humane construction and development direction.Low temperature region residential area planning and design of the city's overall development has become increasingly close contact.Tends to be such a development background,in modern cryogenic regional residential district landscape design and planning,according to the low temperature region urban residential district in the development of the actual situation on the direction of development to make specific requirements should be in ecological construction as the goal,with the purpose of adjust measures to local conditions,the people-oriented principle,for low temperature region urban living residential areas and strive to create both have regional characteristics,and accord with the sustainable development of residential environment,the low temperature region in the residential district landscape design there are many blind imitation,energy consumption,landscape feature is not obvious and other issues is an urgent need to solve the problem.Harbin special characteristics of the climate belongs to the typical representative of the city of low temperature region,in a year have half the time is in below 0 DEG C,regional landscape design of low-temperature have what characteristics and how to low temperature region living residential areas to create four seasons landscape environment is intractable problem faced by modern designers.Through the research of the design method and the countermeasure,the research method of the environmental landscape design for the operable residential district in Harbin city is studied.Firstly,the related theory,city residential area landscape design characteristics and classification of content are summarized.And the purpose is to clarify the basic concept and the research basis of the thesis.Then,based on a large number of domestic and foreign data investigation and in-depth analysis,provide a theoretical background for this research.Finally in Harbin City Tianyi LAN Bay living district project as an example,to low temperature region residential district landscape design put forward regional adaptability according to the design method and countermeasures and suggestions to improve the outdoor landscape of residential district quality,for low temperature region urban residential area residents build livable,healthy and harmonious,humanities,perfect outdoor environment landscape space.Residential landscape design as an important part of the urban landscape space,to improve the quality of residential landscape,and enhance the overall urban landscape development is of great significance.But at present,the implementation of Harbin residential landscape design can not meet the growing needs of residents living in residential areas,the need to solve the problems of the status quo and countermeasures.This paper makes a systematic study of all aspects of the city residential district environmental landscape.Uses comparative analysis,survey research methods,this paper to Harbin Tianyi LAN Bay as a typical case,the advantages and disadvantages of the design were problem research and related theory are summarized,combining with practice,deepen the understanding.The project has a high reference value to study low temperature region residential landscape design aspects.
