| The decision-making basis,which is necessary for the performance-based seismic design of structures,can be obtained by utilizing a comprehensive index to evaluate the safety,economy,and recoverability of different failure modes.And resilience has been focuced recent years all over the world.I will study earthquake multidisciplinary America MECCR system resilience evaluation method was introduced to our country building structure recovery performance evaluation,explore its applicability and a correction method is proposed,which has a active significance for improving the design method of building structure in China under rare earthquakeIn this paper,the calculation methodology and process of resilience index used for a single structure in a given earthquake intensity region were illustrated based on the seismic resilience of system.The seismic resilience indexes of RC frame structures,which were associated with five kinds of typical failure modes,were figured out through vulnerability analysis and resilience parameter analysis.The susceptibilities of seismic resilience indexes to seismic resilience parameters were analysed.A modified calculation method of seismic resilience indexes of structure in a given earthquake intensity region was put forward.The results demonstrate that:(1)the factors related to seismic damage of structure are covered by seismic resilience index comprehensively,and the resilience(safety,economy,and recoverability)of structure is reflected by this index.The seismic resilience indexes of RC frame structures are not sensitive to earthquake intensity region of design,and this phenomenon confirms that the structures designed according to code are able to achieve performance goals in corresponding earthquake intensity region.The resilience of structures associated with different failure modes are separated obviously from each other by the modified indexes.The results of modified indexes conform to the qualitative judgment for the performances associated with different failure modes in existing researches,and it can be used in the comparative evaluation of different failure modes.This modified seismic resilience index can be used in the decision phase of structural design.There some results from this paper:(2)According to the evaluation method of the system resilience of the American Institute of Multidisciplinary Earthquake(MCEER),an evaluation method of failure mode under the RC frame structure with economic and safety is introduced,including the evaluation framework and evaluation Method of mathematical model to determine the evaluation indicators and different economic and safety levels of the critical value of the indicators;(3)Five typical failure modes are obtained by controlling the reinforcement,and the feasibility of the evaluation method is verified by the analysis result of the 3D frame failure model.(4)A modified evaluation method for RC frame structure in China is proposed,which is based on the evaluation method of recoverable index and its feasibility in frame structure and RC frame shearThe evaluation of failure modes proposed in this paper has following innovations:1)The research of this paper mainly solves the problem that the evaluation method of current damage mechanism has no systematic theoretical support.Based on the concept of system resilience,this paper introduces the method of restoring force evaluation into the evaluation of damage mechanism of frame structure and frame shear structure in China,and forms a complete evaluation method of system.2)This paper verifies the rationality of the evaluation mechanism by comparing the recoverability of the different damage mechanisms of the frame structure,and corrects the evaluation method in order to better close the use of the building structure in the design base period.3)The damage assessment method based on recoverable index proposed in this paper can be used to calculate and compare any type of building in engineering practice,and put forward a reliable basis for building seismic fortification decision. |
