| Building Information Modeling,referred to as BIM,because of its visualization,simulation,coordination and other characteristics,is promoted by the construction industry.Many owners tend to realize the earnings that BIM can bring,but because of their lack of relevant technologies,more and more owners choose to entrusted BIM consulting companies to offer BIM application.BIM consultants can benefit from the project through the BIM application,but there also exist many problems such as asymmetric information in the implementation process,the participants chase for their own interests rather than collective ones,the application of BIM does not reach a enough depth,etc.Make a negative impact of the goals of the project.In this paper,the information asymmetry theory is applied to the BIM consulting service.The information asymmetry phenomena in the BIM implementation processed by the BIM consultants are studied.Based on the principal-agent theory and the BIM consultation,the information asymmetry phenomenon in BIM consulting service is identified.This paper also evaluated the impact of information asymmetry and project performance on the implementation of BIM.Provide important research value and practical significance for BIM technology and the furthur implementation of BIM consulting industry.First of all,through the comprehensive study of BIM consultation concept,application value and information asymmetry theory,this paper analyzes the origin of information asymmetry in BIM consulting service,and recognized the subjective and objective sources of information asymmetry in BIM consulting.And analyzes its mechanism of the effect of BIM implementation and project benefit.Secondly,through the literature research and expert interviews,the paper identifies the information asymmetry phenomenon of BIM consulting service,and classifies it and analyzes the impact on project performance.And further through the literature research and expert interviews,this paper identified the role of the information asymmetry in the influence of project performance,and then establishes the theoretical model.Thirdly,the actual data of the project are collected by questionnaire,and the theoretical model is verified by structural equation model(SEM).The structural equation is verified by correcting the structural equation.And through the path coefficient analysis of the model analysis results,the six key information asymmetries which have the greatest impact on the project implementation performance are obtained.Finally,in order to reduce the information asymmetry phenomenon in the process of BIM consultation,this paper puts forward policy suggestions and specific preventive measures from the perspective of enterprise and industry.Provide a reference to realize the further application of BIM,reach the mature implementation of the BIM and the project objective,and thus promote the BIM technology and BIM consulting industry to ensure a healthy development. |
