Research On The Community Health Facilities Renovation Strategy For The Adaptation Of The Elderly In Xiamen

China's rapid aging process to promote the disease spectrum gradually change,the city general hospital cannot meet the elderly to achieve long-term treatment and rehabilitation of medical needs,based on the above background considerations,the development of community health service facilities and old age of our elderly happy life is closely related.After the investigation of community health service facilities in Xiamen area,it was found that Xiamen community health service facilities were not enough to meet the medical needs of the elderly,so the development of community medical service was imminent.The transformation of idle facilities in the community into community health service facilities is shorter than the new community health service facilities in investment which can be more efficient to solve the problem of medical needs of the elderly.This paper mainly has done the following work.(1)Read the documents.By studying the documents and policy of community-related education at domestic and abroad,we have learned the current situation of community medical space construction and have made a preliminary understanding of the research and development at domestic and abroad.(2)Real state research and analysis.First of all,I do the research on the basic needs of the elderly survey,the community health service stations and community health service centers for the elderly users accounted for statistics.And also the elderly on the two levels of community health service facilities clinical departments,preventive health room,Technical requirements of the use of space,the use of frequency and use of data are made into a quantitative summary.And then through the investigation of the status of the two types of community health service facilities,compared with the national construction standards to understand the regional community health services in Xiamen regional demand,and obtained the existing community health service stations and community health service center location,Scale,service radius,functional configuration,space streamline and accessibility.At the same time,I analysis the streets of the community in all types of transformable spacefor the subsequent transformation of the design strategy to make preparations.(3)Community health service station innovation strategy.Based on the medical needs of the elderly and the problems existing in the existing community health service stations,we put forward the detailed transformation principles for the three kinds of retrofit facilities and transform strategies in the street community,such as the public supporting rooms,the idle bottom shops and the residential facilities.And through the specific examples of domestic and foreign analysis of the design of the operability.(4)Innovation Strategy of Community Health Service Center.Based on the medical needs of the elderly and the problems existing in the existing community health service centers,the detailed changes were made to the three different principles and transformation strategies to retrofit facilities of the old factory buildings,public supporting houses,sales offices and clubs in the street community.And through specific examples of domestic and foreign analysis of the design of the operability.
