| Urbanization has brought economic growth,social progress,but also brought a sharp increase in traffic,and increase the load on urban infrastructure,a test of the carrying capacity of the city.Domestic cities and more road construction earlier era,the road bearing capacity and capabilities can not meet the demand for urban transport development,the original urban roads reconstruction,expansion is imperative.As urban road reconstruction project involving many departments,miscellaneous factors,the surrounding environment is complex,resulting in slow progress of construction,which restricts the smooth implementation of the reconstruction project.Therefore,the full consideration of the key factors that may affect the progress of the process of implementation of the project,combined with the actual project construction plans and schedule optimization arrangement has important significance and application value.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,the actual investigation and theoretical analysis to study the urban road reconstruction project construction schedule management complexity and management requirements,based on the establishment of a city road reconstruction project schedule management model key chain,and Xi’an apricot beltway interchange improvement project empirical.The main results are as follows:(1)Analysis of the constraints of urban road reconstruction project construction management complexity and schedule management.In the illustration,construction steps and procedures,processes,organization and coordination of the content of urban road reconstruction project implementation,based on the analysis of the characteristics of urban road theory model whitening weight function,and the estimated duration of the the buffer size calculation gives a more practical approach,and use examples of the application.The main results are as follows:(1)A brief introduction to what is urban roads and urban road reconstruction project,construction steps and procedures of urban road reconstruction project,the construction process of coordination and management.Based on this analysis of the characteristics of urban road reconstruction project,summarized the constraints of urban rail transit project schedule management.(2)Gray theory model used to calculate the buffer size,using a high degree of schedule and in line with the difference between the desired duration is obtained every key process safety time,plus the security of all time and is the critical chain project buffer the size of the area.The large size of the input buffer is determined by the time non-critical security tasks.(3)apricot Xi’an beltway interchange project as an example an example of validation studies.First,the basic situation and the main influencing factors of the project,the construction progress of urban road reconstruction project management model based on this,will be applied to the project constructed by the model to optimize the total duration of 541 days,while the use of high Compliance duration calculated total duration of 594 days,shortening the duration of 53 days. |
