At present,the first-tier cities is to rich life style,advanced medical resources and excellent education resources constantly attracts the influx of large population,then the area of the city become irregular ring-radial continually expanding,with the increase of per capita known to dispose of the private car ownership of city presents explosive growth.And the increase of urban sprawl of travel distance and an increase in the number of private cars makes urban traffic congestion has become more serious,urban expressway traffic distance,traffic speed,become the first selection of travel over a long distance transportation in the city.In urban expressway construction project at present,the main use of CPM/PERT method for schedule management,but the traditional scheduling management could not be flexible in the face of the unexpected often delay the construction period.Based on the wide channel expressway east extension project of 4 blocks as a specific case study,found in the process of research project plan long construction period,construction lag,schedule management is not timely and CPM/PERT inherent disadvantages.Deciding the critical chain method to prepare the wide channel expressway4 blocks east extension project schedule,by identifying critical chain,set the buffer and monitoring buffer three steps implementation schedule management optimization.In identifying critical chain stage,the first to use WBS decomposition method to decompose project,then adopted three estimation to revaluation of time limit for a project,reduce artificial increase of excessive safety time and find the critical path;In setting up a buffer stage,improved root variance method to process the problem for independent individual,by time,location,weight and safety risk coefficient of three indicators link process,calculating a project buffer and insert in the critical path;In monitoring the buffer stage,improved the traditional method of three color monitor,to set up dynamic buffer monitoring system.At the same time,the guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of critical chain method,to set up new project management team,feedback the problems existing in the project;On the material,equipment,financing guarantee measures are put forward,to prevent for resource supply do not delay the project schedule in time;And put forward opinions for communication between departments to improve the communication efficiency.
