At the present stage,the importance of the power industry to the livelihood of the people is raised to a new level.The requirement of safe and stable operation of power network is in an extremely high strategic position in the development of power system in China.Data acquisition and monitoring system,wide area measurement system and fault information system have been widely used in the dispatching system.As a dispatcher and need in a short period of time of the data and information for processing and analysis,make the right judgments,with substation on duty personnel fast failure handling is undoubtedly very difficult.After the occurrence of the accident,how to realize the fault diagnosis,isolation,and timely recovery of power supply,the power system is still need to be studied.This kind of subject is also a key research direction of smart grid,and the research of fault diagnosis method has always been an important field of domestic and international experts and scholars.Specific engineering examples are studied and explored.After the fault occurs,due to the slow transmission of the substation on duty personnel,resulting in a long line maintenance time,this paper presents a negative sequence voltage or negative sequence current as a fault feature.To overcome shortcomings in the previous algorithm based on zero sequence components as the fault feature of,using improved wavelet energy spectrum entropy principle,in the local power grid failure quickly determine fault time,effectively improves the algorithm of diagnosis.Study the fault occurred,according to the temporal and causal conditions to upload to the scheduling system of fault information constraints,screening information as input information of regional power outage recognition and for identification of the blackout area provides the correct alarm information.Using the improved matrix form of representation and storage of power system network topology structure,when a fault occurs,the power grid network topology change,faults can be obtained after the network topology by the three algorithms defined to judge fault region.Study the basic principle of the combination of protection,the establishment of fitness function model,the calculation of the fitness function to get the normal operation of the grid and the expected value of the grid fault.The corresponding fault identification values of each element are calculated.After the fault diagnosis of the fault area is identified through the fault diagnosis,the fault identification value can be used to judge the fault component.Through simulation,the correctness of the algorithm is verified,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the local power grid detection algorithm based on multi information is proved.
