Study On Economic Operation Of Water Supply System In Cascade Pumping Station

The water supply project of cascade pumping station is a complex system engineering,The design,construction,operation and managepent level will directly affect the safety and economic benefits of the project. For such projects must ensure the safe operation of the system under the premise of maximum energy consenation,reduce operating costs. According to Industrial Park water supply project,based on the existing pumping station optimization theory,according to the characteristics of water supply project of Idustrial Park project,the research work has been carried out on the economic operation of cascade pumping stations. In this paper,phe following aspects are studied:(1)Based on the analysis of the hydraulic characteristics of the water supply system, the extremum search method is applied to the pump operating point.(2)Study on the water supply project of industrial park two, three, four pumping stations in different operation scheme flow range.Based on the study of the efficiency of the motor, the relation between the frequency and the load rate of the motor is presented.(3)Bascd on the minimum energy consumption ot pumping station, the mathematical model of the optimal flow distribution is established.The optimal allocation Of the flow rate of each unit is studied by using the nonlinear programming method in the case of symmetrical arrangement and asymmetric arrangement of the pump unit.(4)According to the engineering characicristics of Industrial Park project of water supply wells pumping station,The mathematical model is established and solved with aim of minimizing the minimum water consumption per ton of water and the minimum cost of single hydropower.According to the Interim Measures for the administration of sales price and the actual situation of the project,This project selects the charging method according to the transformer capacity charge,Recommend the use of unilateral hydropower minimum operating plan for the most economical operation.The mathematical model is set up 10 solve the problem of the minimum daily electricity cost of the well group pumping station,It is concluded that the most economical operation scherme of the pumping station of the well group in different daily water quantity.(5)In Industrial Park water supply project of cascade pumping station as an example,Study on the economic operation of the whole water supply system,Under the condition of different water supply flow rate,Optimal start-up combination and corresponding frequency conversion pump speed of cascade pumping station,So that the entire water supply system to achieve the purpose of economic operation.
