Pumping station supplies water for domestic, agricultural and industrial purposes, it consumes a lot of energy. It is important for reducing power expenditure to increase its efficiency.In the pumping station of our country, the main type of pump is flexsible-blade propeller pump. When the water head and the flow are given, We can regulate the pump's blade mounting angle to control the discharge of pump in this pumping station that contains only one type of pump. We also can determine the number of running machines with machine's optimal combination. So we can reduce its energy consumption, and make it run optimally and economically. But there are some complex pumping stations that contain two kinds of pumps. One is flexsible-blade propeller pump, the other is fixed blade propeller pump. Few people studied this problem.On the point of system, this paper uses the method of Integral Programming, Dynamic Programming and Large System Decomposition and Cooperation to study the optimal distribution of load in the machines of pumping station. And takes the Taizhou pumping station as a practical example to build an applied model. At the end, this paper also studies the problem of technique rebuilding.
