Stand riding electric vehicles have got more and more attention by domestic and foreign companies.After "SEGWAY" was used as a patrol car in the 2008 Olympic Games in China,stand riding electric vehicles were acknowledged by by domestic consumers gradually.At present,there are some electric vehicle manufacturers began to develop this kind vehicles for entertainment,sightseeing and other short distance walking.But it has not a good formed standard about the man-machine data which can be used in the design for a new kind of electric vehicle.It can not meet the needs of design in our national standards.So working on the research about man-machine size of stand riding electric vehicles has important practical significance and research value.This paper's main research direction is analyze and design the dimension of individual stand riding electric vehicle man-machine,and research the present situation and problems of individual stand riding electric vehicle.It analyzes the target population's consumption psychology and the demand.According to the design and development of domestic and foreign individual stand riding electric vehicle,and the present situation of human dimensions.Thus it determines the new research direction of vertical ride electric bicycle structure,design and man-machine dimension:when the target object is static,we collect and count the anthropometric data;according to the size of the human body in static we collect human body dynamic size.We conduct systemic comfort evaluation on these data,at the same time.Interactive software to establish mutual interface,this information can help consumers analysis meets the walking model of its own,which not only saves materials but also more comfortable.
