With the continuous development of social economy,the traditional energy emissions continue to increase,the environmental pollution problem is increasingly serious.More and more countries are paying attention to the great potential of applying green energy to ships,and have carried out research on green energy vessels successively.Unmanned surface vehicle(USV)as a product of information technology extended to the marine field,receives increasing attention from researchers both at home and abroad,at the same time hull form of high performance USV research and development has also become a new hot topic in the field of high performance ship design workers.In view of this,this paper designs a new type of green energy USV,through the selection of analysis high performance ship form evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics,to complete the USV model design and model making,control system,the propulsion system and its steering system design and installation.The unmanned intelligent control system with embedded STM32 as the core controller is designed and the performance of the new green energy USV and the main function has carried on the experimental study,the main work is as follows:First of all,selection and analysis of high performance ship ship assessment method based on Fuzzy Mathematics for green energy USV.Through the analysis of preliminary design,,it is confirmed that the green energy unmanned boat adopts the channel glide boat type.At the same time,the preliminary design of the target USV was also carried out,including main dimension determination,profile design,exterior design and general layout design.Secondly,on the basis of green energy system constitution,layout argumentation and design analysis,according to the mother ship transformation method demonstrating and design analysis of the new green energy USV based on performance and function optimization.And solar energy and a hydrofoil system design,the manufacture of typical intermediate test boat model,the installation of model propulsion system,the steering system and the installation of the control system equipment.A set of intelligent control system based on embedded STM32 is designed,and the function module is developed,and the reliability of the system is verified in the experiment.Finally,the performance of the USV is verified by the hull watertight test,the buoyancy test,the rolling and pitching test in hydrostatic and system identification.Theremote control USV test,autonomous set track navigation test,intelligent search and rescue function test and USV water monitoring function test based on Internet of things are carried out to verify the reliability of USV.
