The current yacht is mainly driven and generated electricity by fuel,this requires to configure a separate power generation system,this is not only inefficient but also costly.Simultaneously,The popularity of yachts brings water quality,noise and air pollution to the surrounding environment,considering the energy and environmental issues and the related provisions of various laws and regulations about the yacht pollution,developing the low-power,low-emission green yacht has become the primary task of today's inland yacht industry.Based on this background,In this paper,a hybrid system with fuel cell,battery and diesel generator as the main auxiliary power and emergency power is designed for the small river yacht,and the hydrogen source solution is given according to the characteristics of the yacht itself.At the same time,the energy control strategy for the hybrid system is designed.Through the simulation analysis of the hybrid system and its energy control strategy and the test of the output characteristics of the main and auxiliary power equipment,verifying the correctness and reliability of the designed hybrid system and its control strategy.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the working characteristics of the fuel cell and the characteristics of the river yacht to determine the composition of the hybrid system for the yacht.Based on these,defining the composition of the key components of the hybrid system and the basic parameters by doing a comparative and parameter matching calculation.(2)Analyzing the different requirements of the different propulsion mode in different working conditions and the two kinds of traditional energy control strategies which are used in the hybrid system with the fuel cell and the battery as the main auxiliary power source.Designing the fuzzy logic energy control strategy which using the actual navigation demand power of yacht and the battery charge state as two input variables and the converter front end reference power input signal as output variable.(3)According to the overall structure and parameter matching results of the hybrid system,a complete simulation model is established based on the Simulink simulation environment,and the output characteristics of the key components of the hybrid system are simulated and tested.In this paper,Embedding the fuzzy logic control strategy which is designed in this paper and two kinds of traditional energy control strategies in the whole simulation model to get a series of simulation results.Through the comparison and analysisof the simulation results,the validity and correctness of the hybrid system under the fuzzy logic control strategy are verified,and it is superior to the two traditional control strategies.(4)Building the test bench to test the output characteristics of the main and auxiliary power equipment of the hybrid system.The test results are consistent with the simulation results and further verify the reliability of the designed hybrid system.
