| A large number of modern communication technology and sensor technology are integrated into the smart grid,which makes the structure of the smart grid special.It is difficult to realize the effective dispatching of the smart grid based on the centralized optimal dispatching method.Smart grid systems are often referred to as a multi-agent system.Smart grid components(load,generator,energy storage unit,control element)can be seen as a single agent in a multi-agent system.Multi agent coordination optimization can be regarded as a distributed optimization problem.Therefore,the distributed intelligent optimization algorithm of multi-agent system is applied to the optimal operation of smart grid.This thesis is devoted to the application of intelligent optimization algorithm to solve the problem of smart grid dispatching:(1)In view of the problem of communication delay,considering the information transmission delay of multi-agent network,a distributed dispatching algorithm based on first order consensus algorithm is proposed.The distributed optimization strategy not only considers the convergence of the communication time delay system,but also studies the characteristics of the system’s communication topology and the features of plug and play.This method transfers the economic dispatch information through the local information of the bus.The marginal cost consensus algorithm can be used to solve the economic dispatch problem(EDP)in a distributed way.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the distributed optimal dispatching strategy considering the communication delay in smart grid.(2)In this paper,an environmental/economic dispatch approach is studied for smart grid with mutli-agent system and uncooperative game control strategy.The traditional power system dispatch objectives mainly consider economic factors,while the environmental factors are considered less.For the contradiction between environmental target and economic target in smart grid dispatch,a distributed environmental/economic optimization strategy based on multi-agent game is proposed.In this paper,the multi-agent game theory is applied to the distributed environmental/economic dispatch of smart grid.Each generator is regarded as a single agent,and the agent adjusts its own strategy by exchanging the environmental/economic information with the peripheral intelligent module.The distributed environmental/economic dispatch is realized by the way of agent game.In this model,the generators are the game participants,and the income function of the participants is established by the weighted coefficient method.As the participants’ game strategy,the weight coefficient of environmental/economic dispatch is the game adjustment coefficient.By using the intelligent optimization algorithm,the respective income function coefficients of each participant are optimized independently,and the maximization of the respective income of the game in Nash equilibrium is realized.The simulation results show the several factors’ influence on the environmental/economic dispatch. |
