High-speed on-off valve has the advantages of simple structure,reliable work,strong anti-pollution,low cost at present.The high-speed on-off electromagnet acts as the electro mechanical conversion element.Its performance has a direct impact on the performance of high-speed on-off valve.However,due to the immaturity of design theory,design methods and production process,and the lack of material properties,the high speed on-off valve electromagnet used in high frequency and larger flow high has not been able to meet the requirements.This paper aims to design electromagnet for high-speed on-off valve.Based on basic theory analysis,structural parameters design,mathematical models simulation,drive circuit design.And the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnet used in the high-speed on-off valve are studied.For the design frequency of 100 Hz,the flow rate of 10L/min,starting with the force of the ball valve spool of high-speed on-off valve,the electromagnetic force is calculated.According to the electromagnet design manual,the parameters of the electromagnet structure of the high-speed on-off valve are budgeted.And the simulation of structure parameters are modified to obtain better dynamic characteristics.The contents of each chapter are as follows:In chapter l,overview of electromagnet for high-speed on-off valve,and describe the high-speed on-off valve electromagnet at home and abroad research progress,then summarize the main content of this study and significance.In chapter 2,it introduces the structure and working principle of typical electromagnet for high-speed on-off valve and high-speed on-off valves.The theory of magnetic circuit and electromagnetic field is analyzed and the dynamic mathematical model of electromagnet for high-speed on-off valve is established.In chapter 3,focuses on the design of various parameters of electromagnet for high-speed on-off valve.Firstly,introduction and classification of ferromagnetic materials,starting with electromagnet for high-speed on-off valve requirements for electromagnet materials,DT4 can meet the requirements of high-speed on-off valve spool.The high-speed on-off valve spool is selected and forces are analyzed,then calculate the required size of the electromagnetic force.Under the stroke are determined,the parameters of the electromagnet are determined by the electromagnet design manual.In chapter 4,the third chapter of the preliminary design of the electromagnet parameters are used in the Ansoft Maxwell software to model building,simulation analysis.In order to reduce the response time as the starting point,the parameters of the electromagnet model are modified.Without changing the mechanical structure of electromagnet parameters,correct the coils and excitation voltage two parameters.The results show that the response time of the electromagnet is greatly reduced by the modification of the above two parameters.In chapter 5,design of high-speed on-off valve with the electromagnet drive circuit,introduced the main components of the drive circuit.Summarize the main research content and research results and different forms of drive module and look forward to the future need for further study of this subject.
