Nano-porous silicon is a kind of biological sedimentary rock formed by the geological action of the ancient diatom and other remains.It's main chemical composition is SiO2,and it has the characteristics of light weight,large specific surface area,high porosity and high adsorption.Nano-porous silicon itself has a unique physical and chemical properties,which makes it has a good absorption and desorption capacity.It not only can be used as humidity control materials,but also with sterilization,deodorant,adsorption formaldehyde and other functions.In this paper,nano-porous silicon is added to the paint as a functional filler to develope a kind of the interior wall paint with the humidity of the environmental protection.In this paper,the pore structure was characterized by specific surface area method?BET,BJH?.The ingredient was characterized by X-ray diffraction?XRD?and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy?XRF?,and the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The moisture absorption and desorption curves were evaluated by the wet and moisture absorption curves and the absorption and desorption velocities,and the humidity control mechanism was discussed.In this paper,nano-porous silicon is added in the coating as a new functional filler,and kaolin,wollastonite powder and titanium dioxide and other pigments and additives are also added,acrylic emulsion is added as emulsion binder.The orthogonal design was used to design the mixture.The pigment,fillers and emulsions were used as common factors,which was divided into four levels.The conventional properties and the absorption and desorption were tested,and the best performance was evaluated by visual analysis.The size of specific surface area and pore structure characteristics are two important factors affecting the desorption and desorption performance of nano-porous silicon.On the basis of orthogonal test,the effect of the particle size of nano-microporous silicon as the humidity-controlling material on the absorption and desorption properties of the coating was also studied.With the development of nanomaterials and nanotechnology,nanomaterials have also been widely used in the field of building materials.In this paper,nano-TiO2 was also added into the moisture-proof coating to prepare nanocomposite coatings.The effects of the addition of nano-TiO2 on the conventional properties and the absorption and desorption properties of the coatings were studied.
